Adult's Division
Ghost Story, by Marsha Grant.
Dunedin Showcase Theater will be having tryouts for their spring show.
Auditions will be on
- Monday, February 10
- Wednesday, February 12
Both auditions run from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and will take place on the stage at the Dunedin Community Center, 1920 Pinehurst Road, Dunedin.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. All are welcome and encouraged to try out. The cast calls for five women and four men, ranging in age from the teens to the 60s including:
The Ghosts
- Edward ″Blackbeard″ Teach - 18th Century Pirate
- Bonnie Parker - Bank Robber, early 20s
- Clyde Barrow - Bank Robber, late 20s
- Ma Barker - Gang Leader and kidnapper, mid 50s
The Mortals
- Evelyn ″Eve″ Smith - A self sufficient woman, 40-50
- Carolyn ″Caro″ Smith - Her Daughter, 19-25
- Florence ″Flo″ McDougal - Town resident and busybody, 50-60
- Police Seargeant, 25ish
- Police Lt. Robert Sturms, 30ish
Rehearsals will start on Monday, February 17th and will be every Monday and Wednesday 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The show is directed by Roger Steinruck.
The show will be performed in early May.
